Decisions — Coiffeur Yanu Central (lead / spec build)

This is a lead build: no contact with the business yet. Per the website-builder skill's
lead-mode rule, open questions are resolved with a recommended default instead of blocking
on the operator. Each entry below is an override point — flag it to the business if/when
contact is made, and swap the default for their real answer.

Mode

unconfirmed facts, ship it as a noindex'd Cloudflare preview. No blocking questions.

— same reasoning as sibling lead builds: there's no operator mid-build to review a

styleguide-only checkpoint. /_styleguide/ and /dossier/ stay live routes on the final

deploy.

Category

lens: cut, beard, kids, eyebrows — no color/chemical service signage found anywhere, so no

dedicated "Colour" page. See build/category-mapping.md for the full deviation notes.

Services & pricing

Bart 25.-, Boy's cut 29.-, Augenbrauen 15.-, Kinder 25.-, Studenten 10% Rabatt), not invented

and not a stale review mention. This is unusually solid for a lead build — but it's still a

photographed snapshot, not an operator confirmation, so every price is marked

[TBD: confirm current] in the copy deck rather than asserted as guaranteed-current.

Booking / primary CTA

needed) is printed on the actual window. Primary CTA is tap-to-call + directions + a walk-in

framing, not a fabricated Fresha/Vagaro embed.

Languages

what read as international/tourist visitors (Singapore, South Asian names), consistent with

Niederdorf being the old-town tourist core. FR/IT not added — no signal for demand.

Brand / visual identity

not from category vibes. Real logo: black oval "vintage barbershop badge" with mustard-gold

outline type + mustache/scissors motif. Real interior: bright industrial-modern — light warm

walls, warm-oak plank floor paired with grey plank tile, matte black Belmont-style chairs, a

black geometric zigzag LED wall feature, walnut cabinetry, hanging plants, an Apple iMac +

Sonos at reception.

a bright, light neutral base rather than the dark-charcoal-bg-plus-gold look, because that

combination is already well covered in the portfolio (coiffeur-ali-barber, the-barber-shop-prilly

both use dark bg + gold). The bright base also matches what's actually photographed — this

salon's real interior is light and airy, not a moody dark barbershop.

comparison.

reception detail). Neither font nor this pairing is used elsewhere in the portfolio.

operator's own reflexology site — different category). Nudged primary from #2B2D31 to a more

saturated navy-charcoal #141A24, and accent from #7A611F to a more olive-mustard #6E6316

— both still sampled from the same photographed source range, both with improved AA contrast

(primary-ink/primary 15.7:1, white/accent 6.1:1). Re-ran after the nudge: 32 and 58 units —

accepted because it's the layout that fits the one real, owner-attributed photo this lead has

(the storefront shot with the badge logo); differentiated via the zigzag-motif divider below

the hero instead of forcing an unfamiliar crop onto the real photo.

Photos

assets, per content/cautions.md) — flagged clearly so a photo pass replaces them before any

real launch.

Domain & email

.pages.dev URL only. Domain + email tier is a go-live decision for if/when the business

engages (references/domain-email.md).

Contact form

(identity.md marks it [TBD:]). Web3Forms access key stays a placeholder per

references/contact-forms.md; call + directions carry the draft's conversion path until an

owner email is confirmed.

physical salon itself: badge logo colors, real pricing from storefront signage, real hours,

real address all carried through; Google Places customer photos (not owner-attributed) were

deliberately excluded per content/cautions.md rather than used without rights clarity.

Publish scope (this run)

"operator" here is Alexia (the person running this build) — the business itself is not yet

in contact. Proceeding through the full pipeline including the Cloudflare preview deploy,

matching the precedent set by the other 2026-08 lead builds (mad-the-barber-shop,

shiny-coiffure-la-pura-barberia), which also went straight through to a deployed draft preview

without a mid-build pause.
